PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Park Forest District to Low Density Residential II District be continued to the March 15, 2004 City Council meeting to allow the applicant to submit an Initial Residential Development Plan.

Vote: (7 to 0 with Brannan, Brown, Henning, Hoffmann, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt and Stone voting yes and none voting no)
