A request by Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for Dean Kelly to consider an application for a Vacation of Section Line Highway located along the north lot line of Lot 6, Miracle Pine Subdivision, all located in the SE1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 16 and in the NE1/4 of NW1/4 of Section 21, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 3960 Corral Drive.

Staff recommends that the Vacation of Section Line Highway be continued to the February 16, 2004 City Council meeting as the stipulation of approval has not been met.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of Section Line Highway be approved with the following stipulation:

Engineering Division Recommendation:
1. Prior to City Council approval, a 66-foot wide utility easement shall be recorded at the Register-of-Deed's Office.
