Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Light Industrial District to General Commercial District be approved in conjunction with the Major Amendment to the Initial Planned Commercial Development with the following revised legal description: Lots 21 thru 28, Lots A thru F, all located in Block 4 of Riverside Addition, Section 35, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota.
