PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the
Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the Elk Vale Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change the future land use designation on a 2.79 acre parcel from a Low Density Residential to Office Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development be approved.
