PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Flood Hazard District to Office Commercial District be continued to the February 2, 2004 City Council meeting to allow the rezoning to be considered in conjunction with an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan.
