PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the
Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the South Robbinsdale Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change the land use designation on a 40.96 acre parcel from a Planned Residential Development with a maximum density of one dwelling unit per acre to a Planned Residential Development with a maximum density of 1.2 dwelling units per acre be approved.
