A request by the City of Rapid City Landfill - Solid Waste Operations to consider an application for a Fence Height Exception to allow a twenty foot high fence in a Heavy Industrial District Tract A of Wasteland Subdivision, Section 19, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 5555 South Highway 79.

Staff recommends that the Fence Height Exception to allow a twenty foot high fence in a Heavy Industrial District be continued to the January 5, 2004 City Council meeting as a revised landscaping plan was not received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2003.

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee referred without recommendation the Fence Height Exception to allow a twenty foot high fence in a Heavy Industrial District.
