A request by Walgar Development to consider an application for a Rezoning from Low Density Residential II District to Medium Density Residential District on Lot 16, Block 28, Robbinsdale No. 10, Section 13, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located in the northeast corner of Alta Vista Drive and Anamaria Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Low Density Residential II District to Medium Density Residential District be continued to the November 3, 2003 City Council meeting to be considered in conjunction with an application for a Planned Development Designation.

Vote: (6 to 0 with Brannan, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no)
