PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on a 12.3 acre parcel of land from General Commercial to Public be approved.

Vote: (6 to 0 with Brannan, Brown, Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Prairie Chicken and Schmidt voting yes and none voting no)
