Staff
recommends that the Preliminary and Final Plat be continued to the
September 15, 2003 City Council meeting as the stipulations of approval
have not been met.
PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Preliminary and Final
Plat be approved with the following stipulations:
Transportation
Planning Division Recommendations:
1. Prior to Final Plat approval by the City Council, a revised plat
document shall be submitted showing shared access easement not exceeding
40 feet by 40 feet with a portion of the shared access easement located
on proposed Lot 2R; and,
2. Prior to Final Plat approval by the City Council, a revised plat
document is submitted showing an access restriction running the length
of the northern lot line of proposed Lot 2R where it abuts West Main
Street.
Vote: (8 to 0 with Brannan, Brown,
Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mickelson, Schmidt, Stone and Wevik voting yes
and none voting no)
