A request by FMG, Inc. for Bypass LLC to consider an application for a Vacation of Right-of-Way on the south one half of the section line right-of-way that is located along the north side of the NE1/4 of Section 28, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located north and west of the intersection of I-90 and Elk Vale Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of Right-of-Way be tabled.
