No. 03CA017 - I-90 Heartland Business Park Subdivision
A request by FMG, Inc. for Bypass LLC to consider an application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to amend the Major Street Plan on the the S1/2 of Section 21; and, the NE1/4, NW1/4 SE1/4, E1/2 NW1/4 and the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 28, all located in T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located north and west of the intersection of I-90 and Elk Vale Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to amend the Major Street Plan be approved with the following stipulation:

Engineering Division Recommendations:
1. Prior to City Council approval, the applicant shall demonstrate that the elevations of the water and sewer line(s) to be located within the proposed relocated street(s) are in compliance with the City’s Utility Master Plan.

Vote: (6 to 0 with Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mickelson, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt and Stone voting yes and none voting no)
