A request by Dream Design International for Art Janklow to consider an application for a Vacation of a portion of a 33 foot wide Private Access Easement on a portion of Tract C of the NE1/4 NW1/4, Section 17, T2N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located in the Cimarron Mobile Home Park.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of a portion of a 33 foot wide Private Access Easement be continued to the July 21, 2003 City Council meeting to allow the applicant to submit additional information.

Vote: (9 to 0 with Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mashek, Mickelson, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Stone, Wall and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
