PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Subdivision Variance to waive the requirement for curb, gutter, sidewalk, sewer, watermain and street light conduit along West Nike Road be approved with the following stipulations:

Engineering Division Recommendations:
1. Prior to City Council approval, the applicant shall sign a Waiver of Right to Protest a future assessment for the improvements.

Vote: (9 to 0 with Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mashek, Mickelson, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Stone, Wall and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
