A request by Kent Snow to consider an application for a Preliminary and Final Plat on Lots 37R, 38R and 39R, Enchanted Hills No. 4 Subdivision, Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, legally described as Lots 37, 38 and 39, Enchanted Hills No. 4, located in the S1/2 NW1/4 of Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located 639 Enchantment Road.

Staff recommends that the Preliminary and Final Plat be continued to the April 21, 2003 City Council meeting as the stipulations of approval have not been met.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Preliminary and Final Plat be approved with the following stipulation:

Urban Planning Division Recommendations:
1. Prior to Final Plat approval, a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations shall be obtained to allow a lot length greater than twice the lot width or the plat shall be revised to comply with the length to width requirement.

Vote: (7 to 0 with Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mashek, Mickelson, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt and Wall voting yes and none voting no)
