PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission approved the Planned Development Designation with the condition that no sign permits or billboards shall be allowed unless approved as part of a Final Development Plan.

VOTE: (8 to 0 with Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mashek, Mickelson, Prairie Chicken, Stone, Wall and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
