PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the
Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on a 0.6160 acre parcel from General Commercial to General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development be approved.

VOTE:  (6 to 0 with Hoffman, Mashek, Schmidt, Stone, Wall and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
