PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the
Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on a .5099 acre parcel from Office Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development to General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development and a .6149 acre parcel from General Commercial to General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development be approved.
