PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on a 0.143 acre parcel from Low Density Residential to General Commercial be denied without prejudice at the applicant's request.

VOTE: (9 to 0 with Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mashek, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Swedlund, Stone, Wall and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
