A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District on Tract 1 of Parcel C of the MJK Subdivision located in the E1/2 of the SW1/4 of Section 18, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located along the future extension of Field View Drive west of the Dakota Ridge Subdivision.

Staff recommends that the second reading of the Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District be tabled due to an incorrect legal.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District be continued to the September 3, 2002 Planning Commission meeting.

VOTE:  (7 to 0 with Hoffman, Mashek, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Swedlund, Stone and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
