A request by CETEC Engineering for Park Hill Development, Inc. to consider an application for a Resolution renaming Smith Avenue to Merlot Drive on the unplatted balance of the S1/2 of the NE1/4 and the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 7, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located in Park Meadows Subdivision.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Resolution renaming Smith Avenue to Merlot Drive be approved with the stipulation that the applicant shall replace all required street signs.
