A request by CETEC Engineering for Park Hill Development, Inc. to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow a lot twice as long as it is wide as per Chapter 16.12 of the Municipal Code on Lot 5R of Block 2 of Park Meadows Subdivision located in the NE1/4 of SE1/4 Section 7, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located east of the intersection of Smith Avenue and East Oakland Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow a lot twice as long as it is wide be approved.
