A request by Centerline, Inc. for Lazy P-6 Properties, LLC to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the South Robbinsdale Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change the future land use designation on a 40 acre parcel from Low Density Residential with a Planned Residential Development to Medium Density Residential on the SW1/4 SE1/4 Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located south of Catron Boulevard and west of the proposed 5th Street extension.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the
Amendment to the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the South Robbinsdale Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change the future land use designation on a 40 acre parcel from Low Density Residential District with a Planned Residential District to Medium Density Residential be approved for the north 280 feet of the SW1/4 SE1/4 and denied for the balance of the property.
