COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by
revising the South Robbinsdale Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change
the future land use designation on an approximately 15 acre parcel from General
Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development to General Commercial
be denied for the area of the property located within 550 feet of Catron
Boulevard and approved for the balance of the property.
