PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation on a 3.202 acre parcel from Office Commercial to General Commercial be approved in conjunction with the associated revocation of the applicable portions of the Initial Development Plan (Planned Development Application No. 01PD021) and approval of the related rezoning and Planned Development Designation.
