No. 2 of the SE1/4 of SE1/4 of Section 8, all in T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City,
Pennington County, South Dakota, more
generally described as being located at
3210 Kirkwood Drive.
Staff recommends that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations be continued to the April 1, 2002 City Council meeting as the stipulation of approval has not been met.
PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance
to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement for curb, gutter and
street light conduit
be approved with the stipulation that the applicant sign a waiver of right to
protest an assessment district for Lot 16P Revised and 17P Revised.
