PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the
Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the South Robbinsdale Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change the future land use designation on an approximately 15 acre parcel from General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development to General Commercial be continued to the April 1, 2002 City Council meeting.
