A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Petition for Annexation on the 80 foot wide vacated Brave Heart Street right-of-way on the southern boundary of Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Deblen Subdivision and the northern boundary of Block 1 and 4 as shown on the plat of Block 1 and 4 of Lot 2 of NW1/4 NW1/4 and of Lot 3 of SW1/4 NW1/4 and Blocks 2 and 3 of Lot 3 of SW1/4 NW1/4, Section 17, T1N, R8E, and the 80 foot wide vacated Red Cloud street right-of-way lying within Lot A and B of Tract 2 of Kormylo Subdivision and Block 1 and 2 as shown on the plat of Blocks 1 and 4 of Lot 2 of NW1/4 NW1/4 and Lot 3 of SW1/4 NW1/4 and Blocks 2 and 3 of Lot 3 of SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 17, T1N, R8E, all located in Section 17, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located east of SD Highway 79, south of Fairmont Boulevard and north of Minnesota Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Petition for Annexation be approved.
