PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission acknowledges the applicant's request to withdraw the application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement for dry sewer, curb and gutter, and street light conduit and to allow sidewalks on one side of the street.
