A request by Rapid City Police Department to consider an application for a Fence Height Variance to allow an 8 foot chain link fence with a three strand barbed wire system on top  for an overall fence height of 9.5 feet on Tract A of Wasteland Subdivision in Section 19, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located approximately 2900 feet south of the intersection of Catron Blvd. and South Highway 79 on the west side of South Highway 79.
