A request by Dream Design International to consider an application for a Resolution changing the road named Bendt Drive to College Parkway on Bendt Drive right of way, Stoney Creek Subdivision Phase I, located in the SW1/4 NW1/4 and the NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 22, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located north of the intersection of Catron Boulevard and Sheridan Lake Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Resolution changing the road named Bendt Drive to University Parkway be approved with the stipulation that the applicant shall replace all required street signs.
