allow lots twice as long as they are wide on Lots 7-9, Block 7 and Lots
4-6, Block 8 and Lot 1, Block 9 and Lot 1, Block 10 and Lots 1-38, Block 11
and Lots 1-13, Block 12 and Lots 1-5, Block 13 and Lots 1-6, Block 14 and Lot
P and Outlot G and dedicated streets, Red Rock Estates, formerly a portion of
Tract 1 of the Red Ridge Ranch and the unplatted portion of SW1/4 and the
unplatted portion of NW1/4 and the unplatted portion of the W1/2 NE1/4 all in
Section 29, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more
generally described as being located west of Sheridan Lake Road, north of
Countryside Subdivision.

RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variances to the Subdivision
Regulations to allow lots twice as long as they are wide be approved.
