A request by Doug Sperlich for James Letner to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow sidewalks on one side of the street on Lot C of Lot 2 of Outlot 2 and Lot 3R of Lot A of Replat of Lot 2 of Outlot 2 all located in Section 4, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the current northern terminus of Debra Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommends that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow sidewalks on one side of the street be approved.
