Commercial District on the 30.1 foot wide Philadelphia Street ROW,
approximately 724.1 feet in length, lying in the W1/2 SW1/4 Section 32, T2N,
R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described
as being located East of Cambell Street and north of S.D. Highway 44 East.
