A request by Ozark Civil Engineering for
Lowe's Companies to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision
Regulations on Tract 1 of Martley Subdivision and Tract CR of the NW1/4 of
the NE1/4 located in the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 25, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid
City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as
being located at the intersection of Haines Avenue and Mall Drive.
PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations
to waive the requirement to install curb, gutter and sidewalks along Mall Drive
and the proposed access easement be continued to the December 17, 2001 City
Council meeting to allow the legal notification requirement to be met.
