A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District on SE1/4 SE1/4 Section 13, T2N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Country Road and Nike Road.

Staff recommends that the Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District be continued to the October 1, 2001 City Council meeting so that it may be considered in conjunction with the associated Planned Residential Development application.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District be approved in conjunction with the associated Planned Residential Development.
