A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment - Amendment to the Major Street Plan for the proposed realignment of several collector and arterial roads located in Sections 20, 21, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33 of Township 1 North, Range 7 East, Black Hills Meridian, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located in southwest Rapid City and the surrounding area.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Comprehensive Plan Amendment - Amendment to the Major Street Plan be approved.
