PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Use On Review to allow a private residential garage in excess of 1000 square feet in the Low Density Residential Zoning District be continued to the September 17, 2001 City Council meeting to allow the applicant time to submit additional required information.
