A request by Renner & Sperlich Engineering for Craig Christianson to consider an application for a Vacation of Right of Way on that 60 foot portion of Luna Avenue lying between Lot D of NW1/4 SE1/4 and Lot C of NW1/4 SE1/4 all located in Section 30, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1740 Rapp Street.

Staff recommends that the Vacation of Right of Way be continued to the September 4, 2001 City Council meeting as the waiver of right to protest future assessments has not been signed.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of Right of Way be approved with the condition that appropriate utility easements be maintained and with the requirement that the applicant sign a waiver of right to protest future assessments.
