Said tract of land contains 17.79 acres, more or less, more generally described as being located 5501 Berglund Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Park Forest District be approved in conjunction with the Planned Development Designation.
