A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Rezoning
from No Use District to General Commercial District on the North 33 feet of
Lot H-2 lying adjacent to Tract A and Tract C and the 75 foot wide portion of
Lot H-2 lying adjacent to Tract D and lying adjacent to Lot H-3, all located in
the NE1/4 of Section 25, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South
Dakota, more generally described as being located at East Mall Drive north of
the Rushmore Mall.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to
General Commercial District be approved.
