A request by Lawrence Lynde to consider an application for a Use on
Review to allow a garage in excess of 1000 square feet on Lot 8, Block 9,
Cloverdale Subdivision, Section 7, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County,
South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 2210 Hoefer Avenue.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Use on Review to allow a garage in
excess of 1000 square feet be continued to the July 16, 2001 City Council
meeting to allow the applicant time to submit additional required information.
