A request by Doug Sperlich for Orthopedic Building Partnership to consider
an application for an Amendment to the South Robbinsdale Neighborhood Area
Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation from Planned
Residential Development with 1 dwelling unit per acre to General Commercial with
a Planned Commercial Development, Planned Residential Development with 4
dwelling units per acre and Office Commercial with a Planned Commercial
Development on Lot 1 of Old Rodeo Subdivision located in N1/2 of the SW1/4
of Section 26, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota; Tract
1 located in SW1/4 NW1/4, NW1/4 SW1/4, SE1/4 NW1/4 and NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section
26, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota; and the
unplatted balance of S1/2 of SE1/4 of NW1/4 and unplatted balance of NE1/4 of
SW1/4 of Section 26, T1N, R7E, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more
generally described as being located at the southeast corner of the intersection
of U.S. Highway 16 and Catron Boulevard.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the South Robbinsdale
Neighborhood Area Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designations
be continued to the July 16, 2001 City Council meeting.
