122.88 ft, thence N00º03'24"E 253.00 ft. to the true point of beginning,
thence N00º03'24"E 135.20 ft, thence N85º02'35"E 1043.65 ft., thence
N00º02'29"W 588.25 ft., thence N89º57'31"E 255.00 ft., thence
S00º02'29"E 817.00 ft., thence S89º51'33.2"W 1259.15 ft. to the true
point of beginning, said parcel containing 10.9968 acres more or less, more
generally described as being located northwest of the intersection of Seger
Drive and 143rd Street.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Northeast
Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change the future land use designation
on a 10.9968 acre parcel from Office Commercial with a Planned Commercial
Development to General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development be
approved contingent upon a revised legal description being submitted prior to
City Council approval.
