Said tract of land contains 7.2 acres, more or less, more generally described as being located 5501 Berglund Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Medium Density Residential District be continued to the July 16, 2001 City Council meeting at the applicant’s request.
