Said tract of land contains 17.79 acres, more or less, more generally described as being located at 5501 Berglund Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Initial Development Plan be continued to the July 16, 2001 City Council meeting at the applicant's request.
