No. 01PD013 - Cleghorn Canyon Subdivision No. 2 and Fish Hatchery Subdivision
A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Planned Development Designation on Lot 13 of Block 2, North Lot of Block 3 of Cleghorn Canyon Subdivision No. 2 and Lot F4 of Fish Hatchery Subdivision, located in Section 8, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 5100 Cleghorn Canyon Road.

Based on the Planning Commission's recommendation of the accompanying rezone of this property, Staff recommends approval of the Planned Development Designation on Lot 13 of Block 2 of Cleghorn Canyon Subdivision No. 2 in conjunction with the rezone of this property and denied for the "North Lot" of Block 3 of Cleghorn Canyon No. 2 and Lot F4 of Fish Hatchery Subdivision.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Planned Development Designation be approved in conjunction with the rezoning of this property.
