from No Use District to Medium Density Residential District on the north 500
feet of the NE1/4 NE1/4 less Lot 1 and less Tract A of Hubbard Subdivision,
Section 24, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more
generally described as being located north of Mall Drive between North Haines
Avenue and North Maple Avenue.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use Zoning District to
Medium Density Residential Zoning District be approved in conjunction with a
Planned Development Designation.
