A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Planned
Development Designation on the E1/2 NE1/4 less the north 500 feet and less
Lot 1 and less Tract A of Hubbard Subdivision, Section 24, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid
City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located
north of Mall Drive between North Haines Avenue and North Maple Avenue.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Planned Development Designation be
approved with two conditions:
The approval of the associated rezoning from No Use Zoning District to Low Density Residential Zoning District; and,
No sign permits or billboards shall be allowed unless approved as part of a Final Development Plan.
