PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to General Commercial District in conjunction with a Planned Development Designation be continued to the June 4, 2001 City Council, allow time to initiate an amendment to the 1974 Comprehensive Plan.
